My Favorite Meal Planner Is On Sale!

Simple Meal Planning - Plan to Eat

I just wanted to pop in and tell you about my favorite online meal planning and grocery shopping subscription service. It’s called Plan to Eat and they’re running their once a year sale for 1/2 off!

By the way, this is not a sponsored post, but there are affiliate links used. I just love Plan to Eat and I wanted to pass along the savings to you. I renew my subscription every year during their Black Friday sale.

Plan to Eat has truly been the best thing for my meal planning, cooking, and shopping sanity and is worth every penny!

This is how it works…

First, you start by filling up your online recipe book:

You can either enter them manually or upload them from online sources. Some of my recipes are still written on notecards and I started by entering my favorites into my Plan to Eat recipe book. It really goes pretty quickly and I just did mine a little at a time. And once they’re there, you don’t have to ever do it again. For online recipes, it’s REALLY simple. I have a Plan to Eat button on my computer’s task bar and when I find a recipe I like, I just click the button and it uploads it automatically!

Second, you decide what meals you might want to plan:

You check these recipes in your recipe book to put them into your Queue. Then you click the “Plan” tab and drag and drop the recipes you want into your calendar. I usually plan for about a week at a time. Also, you can add in things like “out to eat” or “leftovers” in your menu too.

Next, Plan to Eat will put your grocery list together.

You click the “Shop” tab and it will populate all of your ingredients for the meals that you planned. You can also add the other items that you need to buy to this list.

Finally, print your list and your calendar.

Print out your shopping list (which is categorized and ready to take to the store) and print out your calendar. I keep my calendar on my refrigerator so I can easily see what’s planned for each meal.

That’s it!

It’s easy and soooo convenient. Actually, there are some other features, but these are the ones I use regularly.

Their sale is only good through Monday, so if you’d like to give it a try, you should sign up now.

Is your meal planning and grocery shopping a breeze? If not and you’d like a little help, I’d definitely suggest giving Plan to Eat a try.
